I believe the main reason why there aren't many sellers who have tried direct to customer before is because it is so inefficient on a small scale. We can prep and send 70-80 units per hour to Amazon. It takes about 5 minutes to properly package a box when shipping direct to customer. Additionally, there is extra work and time spent taking pictures and creating listings for this website which isn't needed for listing on Amazon. So, to make this worth paying our employees then we will need this website to grow to a relatively large customer base. We welcome all feedback via the contact page.
Shipping:
We are testing cheap prices with a flat $10 shipping price regardless of units shipped. We understand this will make single unit purchases slightly more expensive, but should offer savings anytime 2 or more units are purchased on a single order. Then each additional unit after the second unit should be 50%+ off other locations you find them online.
Pricing:
We purchase all of our products from wholesalers, distributers, and sometimes even from the brand directly. We have to sell the sought after variations above MSRP to cover for the variations that won't sell at large volume for MSRP. We donate these variations with no demand to the local police and fire stations for local kids.
Free Returns within 30 days:
Please message me through the comment section if you need to return an unwanted item. The item will be refunded in full once it arrives back to us in the same condition it was sold as.
